All electrical parts are covered under manufacture warranty. Labor charges related to service listed above is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. No one else can change the stated warranty period. If a different part fails after a repair their will be a separate charge. MrGoodguy LLC does not warrant nor hold itself liable for drain lines, drain line damages, property damage, fires, duct sizing, heat-load calculations and or refrigerant loss. It is agreed that (MGG LLC) shall retain rights to any equipment or materials furnished until final & complete payment is made. Any payments made to (MGG LLC) are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. If settlement is not paid as agreed , (MGG LLC) shall have the right to remove all work. TACLA42770E
